Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience is required.
• Experience working within an Adecco Group North America unit or staffing/human resources solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong candidate pipeline development and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Conducts structured interviews with candidates and provides feedback.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of candidates for future client needs.
• Assists with onboarding processes and client recruitment plans.
• Identifies sources, screens, and schedules top-quality candidates for open opportunities.
