Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter in the United States to drive sourcing and recruiting for multiple clients. You will manage the full lifecycle, from posting roles to onboarding, while delivering excellent candidate experiences and meeting KPI targets.

Responsibilities include conducting structured interviews, building pipelines, negotiating offers, and coordinating with hiring managers to align on client needs and timelines at our onsite location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience are required.
• Desirable prior experience with Adecco Group North America or staffing/human resources solutions industries.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruiting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting to fill job orders for various clients.
• Administering job postings across systems and coordinating candidate communications.
• Conducting structured interviews and providing candidate feedback.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Managing offers, onboarding, and candidate preparation activities.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand client needs and timelines.
