Job summary

The Adecco Group is hiring an Onsite Recruiter to source, interview, and place top talent for client assignments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to onboarding, while delivering exceptional candidate experience.

You will build talent pipelines, conduct structured interviews, and collaborate with clients to define hiring strategies. This role emphasizes KPI achievement and a strong local market presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years recruiting or relevant experience.
• Experience with Adecco Group North America would be highly desirable.
• Ability to build and maintain strong candidate and associate relationships.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws, rules and regulations; and ATS usage.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Conducts structured interviews and provides feedback.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of candidates for client needs.
• Extends offers and negotiates terms with candidates.
• Facilitates onboarding processes and client briefings.
• Coordinates with hiring managers to understand client needs and timelines.
