Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates to fulfill job orders across multiple clients. You will manage the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and meeting KPI/SLA targets.

You will develop client-specific recruiting strategies, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and build strong candidate pools while staying informed on market trends and regional hiring needs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Previous experience with Adecco Group North America is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Recruiting; administers job postings in various systems.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, ensuring accurate information about Adecco and job guidance.
• Conduct structured interviews with candidates and provide feedback on next steps.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates to meet client fulfillment needs.
• Facilitate interviews with candidates and clients, including preparation and debrief.
