Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, conduct structured interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet KPIs and SLA metrics.

This role emphasizes candidate experience, market knowledge, and proactive pipeline building, with responsibilities spanning posting roles, refreshing candidate pools, and guiding applicants through onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Desirable: prior work with Adecco Group North America or staffing/human resources solutions.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of employment laws, ATS, and current recruiting trends.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting for multiple clients and job orders.
• Administers job postings and communicates with candidates about Adecco and onboarding programs.
• Conducts structured interviews and provides feedback and next steps.
• Builds and maintains a candidate pipeline and coordinates hiring/onboarding processes.
• Negotiates offers and facilitates interview debriefs with candidates and clients.
• Develops local recruiting plans and collaborates with hiring managers to meet client needs.
