Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is recruiting an Accounting & Payroll Coordinator in Timonium, MD. The role combines payroll, accounting support, HR administration, and Yardi system management, reporting directly to the CFO/COO.

This is a 100% onsite position with strong training opportunities as a long-tenured employee approaches retirement. The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$90,000, broad exposure to payroll, benefits, and multi-entity accounting, and potential growth into expanded

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or equivalent experience.
• Payroll processing experience.
• Real estate, property management, or multi-entity accounting experience.
• Yardi Voyager experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• HR/Benefits administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for approximately 50 employees.
• Manage payroll allocations across multiple entities and properties.
• Administer and support Yardi Voyager reporting and workflows.
• Partner with leadership on benefits administration, 401(k), and employee records.
• Assist with budgeting, reconciliations, tax workpapers, and accounting support.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
