Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate or related industries.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to mentor junior accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting including journal entries and month-end close.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
