• Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and data entry ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
• Accounts payable and receivables.
• Process payroll in the absence of the payroll administrator.
