Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is assisting a Towson-based real estate organization in recruiting an Accounting & Payroll Coordinator. This onsite role handles payroll for ~50 employees, supports HR and benefits, and assists with multi-entity accounting tasks in a stable, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi Voyager (strongly preferred)
• Payroll processing experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Real estate, property management, or multi-entity accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
• Ability to work onsite five days per week
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: process payroll for approximately 50 employees and manage through a third-party provider
• HR & Benefits Support: assist CFO with benefits administration and renewals
• Accounting Support: prepare year-end tax workpapers and assist with budgeting and reporting
