Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Customer Service Associate for the Radiology Scheduling Call Center to handle patient registrations and appointment scheduling. This on-site role relies on clear communication and accurate data entry to support seamless care access.

You will triage calls, document encounters, and maintain HIPAA privacy while delivering excellent service to patients and referring providers. Working Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6pm, on site, you will use Epic EMR and multiple systems to

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry in electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and scheduling for new patient appointments.
• Document patient demographics, medical, financial, and referral information in systems.
• Answer calls, triage, and record messages with professional service.
• Provide basic information about the practice and Hospitals across the enterprise.
• Ensure medical records are available to health care providers.
• Enter call, referral, and scheduling data in multiple systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy per HIPAA guidelines.
