Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC in Childress, TX, is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on our utility-scale solar projects. This on-site role reports to the Regional Quality Manager and requires traveling to remote project locations.

You will develop and implement SSQP, oversee inspection teams, conduct audits, manage NCRs and CAPAs, and work with clients, subcontractors, and regulators to ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, and ASTM standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC leadership.
• Certifications in ASQ, ISO 9001, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
• Experience with QA/QC in PV, civil, electrical and mechanical construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities on-site and manage QC teams.
• Develop and enforce Site-Specific Quality Plan and ITP.
• Perform inspections, audits, NCRs and CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and regulators.
