Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC activities on utility-scale solar projects. You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan, supervise inspection teams, and serve as the primary QA liaison with clients, subcontractors, and regulators.

The role requires 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in solar/energy infrastructure, knowledge of NEC/IEC/ASTM standards, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6. Travel to Bremond, TX sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC management.
• Knowledge of NEC, IEC, ASTM standards and QA/QC methodologies.
• Experience with audits, nonconformances and CAPA processes.
• Familiarity with Sunscreen quality software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) in collaboration with Regional Quality Manager.
• Lead QA/QC inspections, audits, NCRs and CAPA tracking on site.
• Review subcontractor QA plans and ensure material/equipment meet specs.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and generate quality metrics reports.
• Coordinate with client, vendors, and regulators; travel to remote sites.
