Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on a Fabens, TX project. The role oversees SSQP, inspection plans, and on-site client coordination, driving quality across civil, mechanical, and electrical work.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC, with certifications and strong communication, safety, and leadership skills for frequent travel to remote sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• Certifications in quality management are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, civil construction, electrical and mechanical codes.
• Experience with QA/QC methodologies and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP).
• Lead QA/QC inspections, audits, and nonconformance management.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and CAPA actions.
• Ensure documentation and reporting of quality metrics.
