Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in document control or records management.
• Experience reviewing, verifying, and releasing controlled project documents.
• Experience maintaining document logs, revision histories, and version control.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements, audits, or quality documentation.
• Proficiency with a document management system (SharePoint, Procore, Aconex, e‑Builder, ERP).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate document updates across teams.
• Ability to work onsite on the stated Monday through Thursday, 4/40 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established requirements before release or submission.
• Maintain document logs, revision histories, version control, and filing records.
• Coordinate document corrections, updates, approvals, and distribution with internal teams.
• Track outstanding documentation and follow up to support timely submissions.
• Assist with audits, quality reviews, and project closeout records.
