Job summary

Pacific Pros seeks a Senior Document Control Technician to manage the control, distribution, and archiving of project documents at Los Angeles World Airport. You will use Prolog Manager to route correspondence, submittals, RFIs, and plans, coordinating with the field team and office staff.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree, strong MS Office and Acrobat skills, and experience on large construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with Prolog Manager and document control software.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects preferred.
• US Employment Authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Control, scanning, indexing, linking and distribution of documents in Prolog.
• Prepare transmittals and retrieve documents via Prolog or other software.
• Support document control for both electronic and hard copy filing.
• May lead a team of document control technicians on a project.
• Train staff on document control procedures as needed.
