JLM Strategic Talent Partners seeks a Document Control Specialist to support construction projects in the Los Angeles area. You will manage project documents, ensure QA standards, and maintain robust filing systems across the project lifecycle.

• Proven track record of performing construction quality control audits and document management.
• Maintains document systems and logs with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support.
• Prepare, process, log, and file incoming and outgoing project documents in Prolog.
• Input and retrieve electronic files upon request.
• Maintain project document filing system per procedures.
• Assist in project-wide compliance with document control procedures.
• Create and maintain document tracking logs.
• Control and track generation and distribution of electronic data.
• Perform quality assurance on documents.
• Assist in training staff on document control procedures.
• Work on Document Control tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assist in related tasks as requested by Document Control Manager.
