B.HOM Student Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing on-site operations and achieving financial goals at the community. You will help drive resident satisfaction, leasing activity, and compliance with policies and laws, while guiding the on-site team.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate revenue, expenses, and reporting in property management systems, ensure timely service, and maintain high standards across units and common

• Previous experience in property management.
• Strong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team support capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support on-site operations and financial objectives with the General Manager.
• Oversee rent collection and revenue-related analytics; ensure accurate billing entries.
• Respond to resident service requests and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Assist leasing activities including tours, applications, and lease execution.
• Inspect units and common areas to maintain standards; support move-ins.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws; support reporting and inspections.
• Assist in resident events and community engagement with Resident Life teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support community success.
