Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management or multi-family housing.
• Strong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentals.
• Excellent communication across all levels and teams.
• Proven leadership and team-support capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and manage expenses within budget.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data, reporting, and revenue analytics.
• Oversee rent collection and coordinate with collections as needed.
• Respond to resident service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours and applications.
• Inspect units and common areas to maintain standards.
