B.HOM Student Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support on-site operations and drive financial and resident-satisfaction goals. You will work with the General Manager to optimize revenue, oversee rent-related processes, and ensure accurate data reporting across property management systems.

• Previous experience in property management.
• Strong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-support abilities.
• Ability to obtain any required state leasing license within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and financial objectives with the General Manager.
• Ensure accurate reporting, resident satisfaction, and policy compliance.
• Assist leasing activities, tours, applications, and lease execution.
• Inspect units and common areas to maintain standards and support move-ins.
• Coordinate with maintenance and safety procedures, and manage team scheduling.
• Compile data for reporting and provide operational insights.
