Job summary

B.HOM Student Living seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in on-site operations and financial performance. You will help drive resident satisfaction, ensure accurate reporting, and enforce company policies and laws.

This role focuses on revenue management, leasing support, unit inspections, team training, and coordinating with maintenance to uphold property standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and operating within budgets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager to maximize revenue and manage expenses within budget.
• Oversee rent collection and coordinate with collection agencies as needed.
• Respond to resident service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist leasing activities including tours, applications, and lease execution.
• Inspect units and common areas; ensure standards and turns for move-ins.
• Support safety policy adherence, inspections, and key control procedures.
• Compile data for reporting and stay informed on market conditions.
