B.HOM Student Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing on-site operations. The role drives revenue, resident satisfaction, leasing activities, and property standards at our College Station community.

We value People-First service, accountability, and teamwork while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred along with property management experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and on-site operations.
• Strong communication across levels and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Oversee rent collection and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Respond to resident requests and maintain service standards.
• Assist leasing activities, tours, applications, and lease execution.
• Inspect property, support turnovers, and ensure safety/compliance.
• Lead and train on-site team and coordinate scheduling.
