• Support the General Manager in overseeing on-site operations.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and revenue analytics.
• Oversee rent collection and coordinate with collection agencies as needed.
• Respond to resident service requests with timely follow-up.
• Inspect units and common areas to maintain standards.
• Assist in leasing, tours, applications, and lease executions.
• Coordinate training and scheduling of on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
