This role focuses on accurate reporting, resident satisfaction, and strong team leadership.

You will coordinate leasing activities, supervise maintenance, train on-site staff, and ensure safety and policy adherence while driving community performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management is required.
• Strong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentals.
• Excellent communication across levels (resident to executive).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager to maximize revenue and manage expenses within budget.
• Oversee rent collection processes and coordinate with agencies as needed.
• Ensure all billing and revenue entries are accurate in PM systems.
