B.HOM Student Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee on-site operations, helping drive revenue, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance at our Tampa community.

The role focuses on resident satisfaction, leasing activities, unit turns, and team leadership. It reports to the General Manager and requires strong communication and leadership in property management fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management.
• Strong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to maximize revenue and manage expenses within budget.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data, reporting, and revenue-related analytics.
• Oversee rent collection processes and coordinate with collection agencies as needed.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and lease execution.
• Inspect units, common areas, and property conditions to ensure standards are maintained.
• Support unit turns and readiness for scheduled move-ins.
• Partner with the General Manager to implement and maintain operational standards.
• Assist in training and developing on-site team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, inspections, and key control procedures.
• Compile and analyze data for reporting and operational insights.
