Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee an on-site housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial processes while ensuring safety and fair housing compliance.

Key duties include budget development, rent collection oversight, and resident satisfaction initiatives. A high school diploma is required with housing experience preferred; CAM/ARM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree or housing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to operate on-site software tools and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff, supervise operations, and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management activities.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor rent collections and deposits.
• Coordinate marketing plans and resident retention initiatives.
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company procedures.
