Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations for a housing community, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance with fair housing and safety standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, leasing, marketing plans, resident relations, and emergency response. A high school diploma is required; CAM/ARM preferred; Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or housing experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the community.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collection and vendor invoices.
• Lead marketing and leasing strategies to maximize NOI.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain satisfaction.
• Manage emergency response and safety compliance.
