Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Community Manager to oversee the full on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, direct leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. CAM or ARM certification is a plus, and basic on-site software skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage leasing and budgeting.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and supervise staff.
• Direct leasing activity and resident relations.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
