Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting and risk management on-site.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or higher, CAM/ARM preferred, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. The role emphasizes safety, policy compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite staff and lead all on-site operations.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial reports.
• Oversee leasing, marketing plans and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing.
• Coordinate maintenance and emergencies with staff.
