Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management while ensuring policy compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years in housing. CAM/ARM certification is a plus, and you should have basic computer and on-site software skills for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years housing industry experience; or equivalent combination.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housing community operations on-site under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site team.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, fair housing, and liability guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and responsive maintenance management.
