Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and budgeting while ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

Required is a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with CAM/ARM experience. You will lead resident relations, develop marketing plans, and strive for strong NOI while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years in housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site property software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housing community operations on-site under Regional Manager supervision.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financials.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor payments.
• Ensure safety, Fair Housing compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Address resident complaints and implement retention programs.
