Job summary

Asset Living is a nationwide property management firm seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the Community Manager. You will manage rent collection, accounts receivable, budgeting, resident relations, leasing, and staff supervision to ensure smooth operations.

This full-time onsite role requires a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and experience in housing; Asset Living offers a comprehensive total rewards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years experience in the housing industry or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Posting all payments and income accurately, timely, and efficiently.
• Processing and reconciling daily accounts receivable.
• Monitoring and following up on bad debt, including late notices and evictions.
• Helping the property meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI.
• Posting charges to resident accounts and billing utilities as applicable.
• End-of-month closing procedures and reporting.

Education
