Job summary

Hallmark Management currently seeks a Property Manager to oversee two multifamily properties' financial and operational performance. You will supervise the onsite team, drive leasing programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while protecting resident relations and satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating budget projections, audits, and annual plans; you will also review leasing documents and maintain files, with a focus on occupancy and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of onsite property management experience, including leasing and bookkeeping for Class C/D properties.
• Yardi/Bluemoon experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong English communication skills to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with property management and accounting software.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule incl. weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community and climb stairs.
• Fair Housing Certificate required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Supervise leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations and address inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policy and regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections.
• Complete annual asset business plans and budgets.
• Audit lease files and maintain accurate records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
