Job summary

The Hallmark Company is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of two multifamily Tax Credit/HUD properties, supervise onsite staff, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will lead leasing, budgeting, and compliance, coordinate with the regional manager, and ensure timely service requests, with a flexible schedule including weekends. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year onsite property management experience; leasing and bookkeeping knowledge for Class C/D communities.
• Yardi/Bluemoon experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with property management and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance by managing rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Supervise leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy and resident retention.
• Handle resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policies and federal/local regulations.
• Train, supervise and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgeting; develop asset plans and forecasts.
• Audit lease files and ensure policy adherence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
