Job summary

Hallmark Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily Tax Credit/HUD property. You will supervise the onsite team and drive leasing, budgeting and compliance initiatives.

The ideal candidate has onsite property management experience, proficiency in Yardi/Bluemoon and strong communication in English. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a Fair Housing certificate is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year onsite property management experience, including leasing and bookkeeping.
• Yardi/Bluemoon experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property/accounting software.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Fair Housing Certificate required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rents, occupancy and expenditures to manage financial performance.
• Supervise leasing programs and resident retention to maximize occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policy and federal/local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests completion.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections with RM.
• Audit lease files and maintain proper documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
