Job summary

The Hallmark Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily Tax Credit/HUD property. You will supervise the onsite team, drive leasing programs, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

We look for an entrepreneurial, results‑oriented leader with strong communication and budgeting skills who can motivate staff, maintain occupancy, and manage daily leasing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping for Class C/D properties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Fair Housing Certificate required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Supervise leasing, renewal, and resident retention programs to maximize occupancy.
• Handle resident relations and respond to calls/requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Train and supervise onsite staff effectively.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections with regional PM.
• Audit lease files and maintain policy adherence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
