Job summary

Hallmark Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily property. You will supervise the onsite team, drive leasing and resident relations, and ensure compliance with policy and regulations.

The role requires at least 1 year of onsite management experience, familiarity with Yardi/Bluemoon, and strong communication and organizational skills. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is needed for success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience in onsite property management, including leasing and bookkeeping for Class C/D communities.
• Experience with Yardi and Bluemoon is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to review financial information.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and ability to tour properties with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance by managing rents, occupancy and expenditures.
• Lead leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy and retain residents.
• Manage resident relations, phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and federal/local regulations.
• Train and supervise onsite staff; oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; contribute to asset plans.
• Review lease files and maintain accurate records; conduct audits as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
