Job summary

The Hallmark Company is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily Tax Credit/HUD property. You will supervise the onsite property team and lead leasing, budgeting, and resident relations in a way that drives occupancy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year onsite property management experience with leasing and bookkeeping.
• Yardi or Bluemoon experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong English communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with property management and accounting software.
• Ability to analyze financial information and budgeting.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Fair Housing Certificate required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Supervise leasing programs to maintain occupancy.
• Handle resident relations and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and contribute to annual budgets.
• Audit lease files for consistency.
• Additional duties as assigned.
