Job summary

Cypressbrook Multifamily Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee all operations of a multifamily community. The role leads onsite teams, drives occupancy, manages budgets, and ensures a superior resident experience while upholding regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of onsite property management experience (1 year in a managerial role), familiarity with Yardi/OneSite, and a Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onsite multifamily teams and driving occupancy.
• Strong supervisory, financial reporting, and operational oversight skills.
• Fair Housing certification or willingness to obtain before hire.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property-management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead onsite team including leasing, maintenance, and office staff.
• Develop and manage annual property budget and monitor monthly financials.
• Ensure timely rent collection, code invoices, and enforce lease terms.
