• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, expenses, rent collection, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure property conditions, inspections, and capital improvements meet standards.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
