Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor contracts, and marketing collaboration with the property team. The role requires strong leadership, fair housing knowledge, and proficiency in property management tools. Excellent on-site presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma/GED and 3–4 years of supervisory/property management experience.
• Preferred ARM, CPM, CAM, or IREM certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, including leasing, occupancy, and property maintenance.
• Manages budgets, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and reporting to Regional/Corporate Office; coordinates marketing and resident services.
