Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead one of our multifamily communities in Houston. You will manage daily operations, oversee leasing and on-site teams, and drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue.

This on-site role focuses on budgets, vendor coordination, and delivering a high-quality living experience for residents. You’ll lead by example, coach staff, collaborate with marketing, and ensure compliance while maintaining a strong community presence.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of residential property management experience with a proven track record.
• 2+ years of supervision or team leadership experience.
• Strong organizational skills and financial acumen.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property mgmt software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, resident relations, work orders and vendor coordination.
• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams, hire/train/schedule and foster a positive culture.
• Market the property with the team to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents, addressing concerns and improving experience.
• Ensure property inspections, unit readiness, and maintenance standards.
• Submit accurate financial reports and stay compliant with regulations.
• Engage with local associations and competitors to build reputation.
