Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Property Manager to oversee operations of a multifamily community, directing administrative, maintenance, and staff to ensure excellent condition and fiscal stability.

You will manage P&L, budgeting, leasing, resident relations, and compliance, striving for high occupancy and service standards. This full-time role reports to the Regional Property Manager, with on-call emergencies and a Mon–Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multifamily property operations.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and P&L.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws and leasing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of an apartment community.
• Direct personnel, scheduling, and training.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and financial reporting.
