Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Property Manager to oversee a Mesa, AZ apartment community. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting input, lease administration, vendor coordination, and staff supervision. Strong communication and a customer-service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, complete financial records, documents, and reports, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the work of a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and the team to meet budgeted goals.
• Analyze financial statements, budgets, marketing information, and reports to guide performance.
• Oversee leasing processes, applications, renewals, and notices as per policy.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure property safety, cleanliness, and appearance through regular inspections.
• Maintain client/owner relationships and report performance to stakeholders.
