Job summary

Greystar in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a designated apartment community. You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, drive leasing and resident satisfaction, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue management, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and staff supervision. Strong communication, financial acumen, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property and analyze financial statements.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and reviewing monthly reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and oversee petty cash.
• Oversee lease processes, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure maintenance teams comply with company standards and safety.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain safety and appearance.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; manage performance in line with policy.
