Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community in Mesa, AZ. You will manage budgets, set rent strategies, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include overseeing leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, and owner relations, with a focus on resident satisfaction and financial performance. A Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience managing day-to-day operations of an apartment community.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and input property budgets; analyze financial statements and market data to set rent rates and optimize revenue.
• Oversee leasing, collections, and lease enforcement; manage vendor invoices and contract compliance.
• Supervise staff, hire/train, and evaluate performance; ensure on-site team adheres to company policies and safety standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners/clients; conduct property tours and provide performance updates.
