Job summary

Greystar in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, overseeing the team, budgeting, leasing, and resident services to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing vendors, ensuring compliance with housing laws, and delivering excellent service to residents while aligning with Greystar standards and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management or Real Estate.
• 4-6 years of relevant property management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned property to meet budgeted goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial reports.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, and renewals.
• Supervise property staff and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate vendor management and service providers.
• Promote tenant satisfaction and address service requests.
