Qualifications

• Maintenance technician with ability to diagnose building system defects.
• Experience in make-ready processes and coordinating with vendors.
• EPA refrigerant certifications required; valid driver's license expected.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing, coordinates pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks materials, inventories, and re-orders supplies through the maintenance department.
• Maintains documentation and paperwork for service requests and inspections.
• Assists with grounds, common areas, and amenities maintenance and general cleaning.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts when feasible and using tools correctly.
