Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Kissimmee to ensure building systems and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You’ll perform routine and preventive maintenance, repair tasks, and participate in make-ready activities for vacant units.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations, with opportunities for cost-control initiatives and safe work practices across a large multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recovery certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on site.
• State and local certifications as required for all Service Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policy, diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant units, from pre-move inspection to punch list and vendor scheduling.
• Tracks materials, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor for reorders.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

State and Local certifications as required
