Job summary

This role requires EPA Type 1/II or Universal certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Performs scheduled and on-demand maintenance on building systems and components.
• Completes make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinates with vendors.
• Maintains inventory and properly returns unused items to storage.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Cleans and maintains grounds and common areas; assists with painting and minor repairs.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.

Responsibilities

• Attend routine safety meetings and complete required safety training.
• Periodically inspect work performed by contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
