Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, and amenities meet safety and appearance standards. The role covers maintenance, make-ready tasks, inventory control, and regular inspections on a full-time, on-site basis.

You will follow safety procedures, coordinate with vendors, and document all service activities to support efficient property operations. A valid driver’s license and EPA certifications are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.
• State and local licenses as required for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance following safety standards and codes.
• Conduct make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Manage material access, inventory tracking, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests clearly for tracking and reporting.
• Assist with grounds, cleaning, and painting as part of property upkeep.
• Support cost-saving practices by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
